The successful candidate will participate in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Commissions solutions, providing clients with cutting-edge tools to manage their incentive compensation programs and gain data-driven insights.

This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP Commissions platform, alongside a solid understanding of Sales Performance Management (SPM) frameworks.

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary consultant and advisor to clients, ensuring solutions align with their sales performance goals.

- Understand client requirements and analyze requests to translate them into independently prepared solutions.

- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, present design options, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.

- Provide training for client administrators and end-users on managing SAP Commissions.

- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner for resolving system.

Desired Skills And Experience :

SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud) Implementation & Configuration :

End-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP Commissions, including :

Compensation Plan Design : Configure complex sales compensation plans, including tiered incentives, bonuses, draws, and accelerators.

Rules and Formula Configuration : Implement business rules for quota setting, credit assignment, and payout calculations.

Participant Management : Define roles, hierarchies, and organizational structures to enable accurate tracking of sales performance and payouts.

Data Processing and Integration : Load and process transactional data using SAP Commissions Pipeline.

- Troubleshoot and resolve calculation issues and data discrepancies, ensuring payout accuracy and audit compliance.

- Proven experience with SAP Hana migrations.

- Load data from multiple sources through SAP Cloud Platform Integration, APIs and CDL files.

- Conduct workshops to gather requirements, present design options, and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP Commissions and related SAP technologies.

- Proven track record of leading successful SAP Commissions implementations and HANA migrations.

- Strategic thinking and ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical & Business Requirements :

- Knowledge of software development & implementation life cycles.

- Experience with major relational databases (HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.

- Proficient in SAP Commissions configuration, including :

Compensation Plan Design : Structuring and configuring incentive compensation plans using SAP model (Credit, Measurement, Incentive, Deposit Rules), defining quotas, Lookup Tables, Rate Tables, Territories, Variables.

Participant Management : Setting up and managing Organizational Data Participants, Positions, Titles, Hierarchies.

Calculation Engine : Configure and manage pipelines, Stagehook design, build and maintenance.

Plan Document Automation : Configuring automated and customizable participant statements and documents.

- SAP HANA migrations.

- Data Model : Proficient in SAP database model (Both Oracle and HANA).

- Data load experience through multiple technologies : APIs, CDL files, SAP CPI.

Knowledge Of The Following Technologies Is Considered An Asset :

- SAP HANA Studio/Web IDE.

- SAP Workflow, Crystal Reports, Embedded Analytics.

- Programming Languages : Groovy or Python preferred.

- Microsoft SQL Server, Informatica, Xactly, Varicent.

- Web technologies such as JavaScript, XML, CSS, and HTML.

- SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and related ecosystems.

- Certifications in SAP Commissions, SAP Analytics, or related modules.
