We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead RPA Developer with deep expertise in UiPath to design, build, and lead automation solutions across business processes.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end automation development, mentor junior developers, work closely with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality RPA solutions.

This position requires strong technical expertise, solution ownership, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of RPA workflows using UiPath (Studio, StudioX, Orchestrator).

- Create scalable automation solutions that follow best practices, coding standards, and UiPath framework guidelines (REFramework, queue-based automation, etc.

- Analyze business processes and convert them into detailed process design documents (PDDs) and technical design documents (TDDs).

- Design reusable components, libraries, and automation frameworks for wider team use.

- Lead and guide junior RPA developers on design, coding, debugging, and best practices.

- Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for UiPath and broader automation technologies.

- Collaborate with architects to define automation architecture and patterns.

- Partner with business analysts, domain experts, and process owners to identify automation opportunities.

- Evaluate process feasibility, complexity, and ROI for RPA adoption.

- Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and design review sessions with stakeholders.

- Provide technical inputs for automation strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.

- Build unit test plans and perform end-to-end testing of automation workflows.

- Deploy automations to UiPath Orchestrator and manage schedules, assets, queues, and robots.

- Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability in production environments.

- Support hypercare and continuous enhancement of automated processes.

- Maintain detailed documentation including PDDs, TDDs, test cases, release notes, and runbooks.

- Ensure RPA solutions adhere to governance guidelines, security, and compliance requirements.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation quality, and DevOps practices.

- Stay current with the latest UiPath updates, AI Center, Document Understanding, Automation Hub, and Integration Service.

- Evaluate and integrate advanced features such as OCR, computer vision, AI/ML models, and API-based automations.

- Identify opportunities to enhance automation reliability, performance, and scalability.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 6 - 10+ years of total IT experience with strong hands-on RPA development experience in UiPath.

- Expertise in :

UiPath Studio / StudioX
Orchestrator (queues, assets, triggers, processes)
REFramework and modern UiPath best practices

- Experience integrating UiPath bots with APIs, databases, OCR engines, and third-party systems.

- Strong programming and scripting experience (C#, VB.NET, Python preferred).

- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.

- Experience working with version control tools (Git, Azure Repos, Bitbucket)
