Arcolab - Senior Lead/RPA Developer - UiPath

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced RPA Lead / Senior RPA Developer to take ownership of robotic process automation initiatives within our organization.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in the UI-path ecosystem, with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying scalable RPA solutions.

You will lead a team of developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality automation projects, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and model robotic process automations during project development, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end RPA workflows.

- Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of RPA projects from development, testing, to deployment.

- Ensure adherence to governance standards, security protocols, and compliance policies during automation implementation.

- Follow and enforce QA and compliance processes to deliver reliable, robust, and error-free automation solutions.

- Perform code reviews, conduct testing, and validate workflows against business requirements.

- Develop and maintain coding standards, documentation guidelines, and best practices for RPA development.

- Continuously improve automation frameworks and developer standards based on industry trends and organizational needs.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ RPA developers and support staff.

- Allocate resources effectively across multiple automation projects and manage competing priorities.

- Foster a collaborative environment with stakeholders from IT, business units, and operations.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and managing stakeholder expectations.

- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the UI-path RPA ecosystem, including UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.

- Proven experience developing complex, workflow-based automation solutions across different business domains.

- Strong leadership experience managing development, operations, and support teams in RPA projects.

- Excellent multitasking abilities and experience handling multiple concurrent automation initiatives.

- In-depth understanding of RPA lifecycle management, version control, exception handling, and error recovery mechanisms.

- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs, databases, and third-party applications.

- Solid grasp of scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python for enhancing automation capabilities is a plus.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts and collaborate with diverse teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred
