About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA & IBP Lead to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our business planning and ERP systems.
This is a strategic role that bridges technology with business operations, particularly within planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP IBP modules : Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
- Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA processes in Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Finance.
- Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions, aligning system outputs with real-time operational decisions.
- Own and lead planning solutions within the internal IT landscape.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to support scenario planning, demand-supply balancing, and end-to-end planning cycles.
- Ensure seamless integration with external systems (e.g., MES, LIMS, Quality) using SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suite.
- Support compliance initiatives aligned with pharma regulations such as 21 CFR Part 11 and CSV.
Requirements :
- 12 - 15 years of SAP experience, including 3 to 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP) and SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of business planning cycles, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
- Experience leading internal SAP teams and working with global cross-functional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, and integration with external systems.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Chemical, Production, or Process Engineering preferred).
- SAP certifications in IBP and/or S/4HANA are a plus.
