Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP Head S/4HANA & IBP Implementation to lead our enterprise-wide SAP transformation journey.
This role will be responsible for driving the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy, process efficiency, and digital transformation goals.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong program management capabilities, and a proven track record of leading complex SAP implementations across multiple geographies or business units.
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute the overall SAP S/4HANA & IBP implementation strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
- Partner with executive leadership to align SAP transformation goals with business objectives.
- Lead the evaluation, design, and rollout of end-to-end SAP processes, ensuring global process harmonization and standardization.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure user adoption and operational readiness.
- Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation and IBP integration programs.
- Oversee project scope, budget, timeline, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Ensure delivery excellence through strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, business process owners, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide guidance on SAP architecture, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, MES, SCM).
- Ensure optimal configuration and utilization of core SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, EWM, and APO/IBP.
- Oversee the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, including system design, data cleansing, and migration strategy.
- Evaluate new SAP functionalities, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and lead a high-performing SAP team, including internal experts and external consultants.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT, and SAP implementation partners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield/Brownfield) and IBP deployment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processesfinance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, and planning.
- Experience in program management, vendor management, and global rollout projects.
- Familiarity with Agile / ASAP methodologies and SAP Activate Framework
