We are looking for a highly motivated QA Lead with strong expertise in Automation Testing and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading automation initiatives across multiple products, mentoring QA engineers, driving automation best practices, integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software releases. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with a primary focus on automation.

Technical Skills :

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Testing.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Manual Testing.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in either: Selenium with Java, or Playwright with TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of automation framework design and architecture.

- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or equivalent testing frameworks.

- Experience with API automation is an added advantage.

- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in CI/CD implementation and maintenance :

1. Jenkins

2. Azure DevOps Pipelines

3. GitHub Actions

4. GitLab CI/CD

5. Bamboo (preferred but optional)

- Experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.

- Git

- GitHub / GitLab / Azure Repositories

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in : Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Test Planning, Defect Management.

- Strong technical mentoring and coaching abilities.

- Ability to guide team members in resolving automation and CI/CD issues.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong ownership and accountability.

- Ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Xray, Zephyr, or TestRail.

- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments.

- Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the automation testing efforts across multiple products.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

- Guide and mentor QA engineers on automation best practices and troubleshooting.

- Review automation scripts to ensure quality, maintainability, and coding standards.

- Drive automation coverage for functional and regression testing.

- Build, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution.

- Integrate automated test suites into the software delivery pipeline.

- Analyze automation execution results and drive defect resolution.

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product Management, and Business teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

- Estimate automation efforts and define execution plans to meet project timelines.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement automation strategies to improve release efficiency.

- Ensure automation suites remain stable, maintainable, and reusable.
