We are looking for an experienced Workday Learning & Development Consultant to support Workday Learning implementation, enhancement, and application support initiatives. The role will design and configure effective learning experiences, support content and integration requirements, coordinate testing and releases, and partner with Learning teams to improve compliance, adoption, and learner experience.

What you'll be doing :

- Gather requirements from Learning, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders and translate them into scalable Workday Learning solutions.

- Design and configure courses, lessons, programs, campaigns, enrolment rules, waitlists, prerequisites, equivalencies, certifications, learning paths, and instructor-led or digital offerings.

- Configure learning business processes, approvals, notifications, security, audiences, eligibility, and administrative roles.

- Support external content providers and learning integrations, including content launch, completion, enrolment, and worker data exchanges.

- Coordinate learning content migration, data validation, catalogue governance, and production readiness.

- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test cases, deployment plans, and user guidance.

- Lead unit, integration, regression, and UAT activities; troubleshoot course access, enrolment, completion, and content issues.

- Assess Workday releases and recommend feature adoption and continuous improvement opportunities.

- Provide post-production support, root-cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and knowledge transfer.

Essential Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of overall experience with strong hands-on Workday Learning experience.

- Experience in at least one full Workday implementation lifecycle or major Workday Learning rollout.

- Strong knowledge of learning catalogues, courses, programs, campaigns, certifications, audiences, enrolments, and learning security.

- Experience with testing, data migration, deployment, release readiness, and production support.

- Understanding of digital learning content standards and third-party learning ecosystem dependencies.

- Ability to translate learning requirements into controlled and user-friendly configurations.

- Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Workday Learning certification or relevant Workday Pro accreditation.

- Exposure to SCORM, xAPI, content providers, virtual learning, reporting, and compliance learning.

- Experience supporting global learning operations and multilingual catalogues.
