About the Role:

We are looking for a BI Developer to build impactful dashboards and analytics solutions that enable business decision-making.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into high-quality reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.

- Create efficient data models and visualizations.

- Analyze business requirements and translate into reporting solutions.

- Work with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality.

- Optimize dashboards for performance and usability.

- Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong 7+Years of experience with Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, developing interactive dashboards).

- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Experience building enterprise analytics dashboards.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Good to Have:

- Experience with data warehousing concepts.

- Exposure to ETL tools or data pipelines.
