Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Archer applications to meet specific organizational requirements.

- Design and implement solutions enhancing Archer platform functionality and usability.

- Configure Archer components, including custom fields, rules, workflows, and layouts.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and design documents.

Data Modeling and Workflow Management :

- Create and manage data models within the Archer platform.

- Design and implement complex workflows to automate business processes.

- Create and maintain Dashboards and reports.

Testing and Debugging :

- Conduct thorough testing of Archer applications to ensure high quality and performance.

- Identify and resolve bugs and issues through effective debugging.

- Perform unit, integration, and system testing.

Support and Maintenance :

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Archer applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Archer.

- Perform system updates and upgrades.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

- Document code, technical processes, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

- Create and maintain user manuals and training materials.

Technology and Best Practices :

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and best practices in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions, particularly related to the Archer platform.

- Contribute to the improvement of development processes.

Requirements :

- 2 to 7 years of experience in application development using the Archer platform.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Archer configuration, including custom fields, rules, and workflows.

- Strong understanding of GRC concepts and the business context of Archer solutions.

- Experience with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
