Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain custom GIS applications using the ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Enterprise Geodatabase).

- Design and execute complex spatial ETL workflows using FME Desktop and FME Server.

- Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems, including Hexagon GIS and SAP S/4 Rise environments.

- Support configuration and deployment of ArcGISelectric network models with potential future migration to Esri's Utility Network Model (UNM).

- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, electrical design (Mains & Substation), IT, and operations to deliver robust geospatial solutions.

- Document processes, provide technical support, and contribute to solution architecture.

About You :

Required Skills & Experience :

- Proven development experience with ArcGIS technologies (ArcPy, ModelBuilder, Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder).

- Advanced proficiency in FME for spatial data transformation and automation.

- Solid understanding of geospatial data models, topology, and coordinate systems.

- Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.

- Familiarity with spatial databases (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server, Oracle).

- Minimum Experience in similar role(s) - 5 years

Desirable Qualifications :

- Experience with Hexagon GIS platforms (e.g., GeoMedia, G/Technology).

- Hands-on experience with Esri's Utility Network Model (UNM), especially in electric utility contexts.

- Background in the Electricity Utility sector, including asset management, network modelling, or outage analytics.

- Exposure to cloud-based GIS deployments (Azure, AWS).

- Configuration and migration to/from ArcGIS Online.
