We are currently seeking a Data Analyst to join our team.

This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making across clients product, operations, strategy, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct deep-dive analysis on internal datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs, define analysis requirements, and deliver clear, timely outputs.

- Translate complex data findings into concise, business-friendly recommendations.

- Work with internal data pipelines and models to ensure clean, reliable data sources.

- Monitor key internal metrics and performance indicators, flagging anomalies and opportunities.

- Support data requests and projects within defined team service levels.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all internal reporting and analytics.

- Assist the broader data team with running analyses and preparing datasets.

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, preferably in a product or SaaS environment.

- Strong expertise in SQL with experience querying large datasets.

- Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborative and proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Hands on experience with Python scripting language for data analysis.

- Understanding of tools such as dbt, Git, or AWS Glue is a plus.
