Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AWS Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AWS services, infrastructure automation, and the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design :

a. Understand technical requirements from stakeholders and propose scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS-based solutions.

- Database Management :

a. Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS database services (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Redis).

b. Perform database performance tuning, query analysis, and architectural reviews.

- Infrastructure as Code :

a. Provision and manage AWS resources using CLI, SDKs (Python/Node.js preferred), and CloudFormation Templates (CFTs).

Core AWS Services Expertise :

- Deep hands-on experience with :

a. Cognito, S3, CloudFront

b. DynamoDB, OpenSearch, Redis, PostgreSQL

c. API Gateway, AWS Lambda

d. ECS, ECR, Elastic Beanstalk

e. Auto Scaling Groups, ALB/NLB

f. AWS WAF, Security Hub, GuardDuty

g. CloudFormation, CLI SDK

h. Secrets Mangers, SNS, SQS, Event Bridge, Step function

- CI/CD & Automation :

a. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS-native and third-party tools (e.g., CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).

- Monitoring & Incident Management :

a. Use AWS monitoring tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray) to detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.

- Developer Collaboration :

a. Work closely with development teams to debug and resolve issues related to AWS services and application deployment.

- Security & Compliance :

a. Implement and manage security best practices using AWS WAF, IAM policies, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and other security tools.

- Optional Advantage :

a. Familiarity or hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock or Generative AI modules is a plus. Basic understating on Authorization and Authentication.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and services

- Proficient in shell scripting or Python for automation

- Experience with Git, CI/CD tools, and DevOps workflows

- Deep understanding of networking, IAM, and security in AWS

- Experience in debugging production issues across services and application

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS DevOps Engineer / Solutions Architect

- Prior experience as a DevOps/SRE in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in handling production workloads in a multi-account
