We are seeking a highly skilled ADAS Algorithm Developer specializing in Collision Fusion to join our advanced automotive engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating collision fusion and sensor fusion algorithms for next-generation ADAS and autonomous driving systems.
The candidate should possess strong expertise in perception systems, object tracking, sensor fusion, real-time embedded systems, and automotive software development. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to build reliable and safety-critical ADAS solutions for global automotive platforms.

- Develop fusion frameworks using data from :
1. Radar
2. Camera
3. LiDAR
4. Ultrasonic Sensors
5. GPS/IMU
- Implement and optimize perception algorithms for real-time automotive systems.
- Develop and tune Kalman Filters, Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), and probabilistic fusion models.
- Perform sensor synchronization, latency optimization, and timing analysis.
- Collaborate with software, systems, validation, and hardware teams for integration activities.
- Conduct simulation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization of algorithms.
- Support SIL, HIL, MIL, and vehicle-level validation activities.
- Analyze large-scale driving data and improve algorithm accuracy and robustness.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design activities.
- Ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and validation reports.
