Job description :

- 4 to 6 years of experience in MES related modules like production, maintenance, quality, Integration, warehouse modules.

- At least 2-5 years in Discrete/automotive/process industry

- Should have worked on any versions of Apriso Flexnet 9.7, 2016,18,19

- Should be familiar with MES domain and terminologies Understanding of ISA 95 would be added advantage Technical Expertise Tools Apriso Flexnet 9.7, 2016,18,19

- Understand Customer Business Requirements, Scenarios, Use cases, User Experience need in the domain of MOM/MES

- Understand the Technical Specification and translate them into Detailed Technical Specifications.

- Good Knowledge in Process Builder

- Should be good in SQL, Languages C C++, MS Net, ASP Net, JavaScript

- Soft Skills, Team Player, Positive Attitude Good oral and written communication skills in English

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze and understand customer business requirements, scenarios, and use cases in the MOM/MES domain.

- Design and implement MES solutions across modules such as Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Integrations.

- Work extensively on Apriso FlexNet (versions 9.7, 2016, 2018, 2019) for configuration, customization, and enhancements.

- Translate functional and technical specifications into detailed technical designs and implement them effectively.

- Configure and develop workflows using Apriso Process Builder.

- Support MES implementations in Discrete, Automotive, and Process Manufacturing environments.

- Apply strong understanding of MES concepts, domain terminologies, and manufacturing workflows; knowledge of ISA-95 is an added advantage.

- Develop, customize, and troubleshoot MES components using SQL, C, C++, .NET / ASP.NET, and JavaScript.

- Design and support system integrations between MES and other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLCs, SCADA, and third-party applications.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT and production deployments.

- Analyze and resolve production issues, ensuring system stability and performance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, QA, and IT teams.

- Provide documentation such as technical specifications, configuration documents, and user guides.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES functionality and performance.

- Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and delivery commitments.

- Demonstrate strong team collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and a positive attitude.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through clear oral and written communication in English.
