JOB PURPOSE:
The QA Test Analyst is responsible for performing quality assurance testing for online products and platform throughout the product development lifecycle.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Operates generally within team, with increasing awareness of influence of team's work within the department

- Proficient in manual software testing techniques, including complex scenarios and has thorough understanding of QA processes.
- Proficient in defect tracking, creation and execution of test cases, facilitating efficient issue resolution.

- Demonstrated experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Understanding of the industry or domain in which the organization operates and multiple modules of the project.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential:
- Experience: Experience in functional and integration testing or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Skills: Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
- Agile: Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- GenAI: Experience using GenAI tools to improve QA efficiency, test design, analysis, and productivity.
