Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced D365 CRM Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, development, and integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting CRM solutions that align with business requirements while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.

- Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.

- Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.

- Implement Power Platform solutions including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

- Develop and consume REST / SOAP APIs and integrate D365 CRM with external applications and enterprise systems.

- Create and maintain JavaScript, TypeScript, and client-side customizations within Dynamics 365.

- Perform data migration, data integration, and system upgrades.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal system performance.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Prepare technical design documents and maintain system documentation.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.

- Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and CRM customization.

- Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web API development.

- Experience in developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript customizations.

- Strong understanding of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

- Experience with Azure Services, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus integrations.

- Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, Query Expressions, and data migration tools.

- Understanding of security roles, business units, teams, and access control within D365.

- Experience with source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications are highly preferred.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
