What do we require?

- Hands-on experience in test planning, test design under proven test design techniques

- Possess knowledge and understanding in Crypto/PKI/Identity Security technology (preferable)

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing

- Ability to set up/managing QA environments, debugging problems and ensuring builds are kept to high quality standards

- Write clean, reusable and scalable test code using languages like Java ,Python

- Continuously improve test coverage, test effectiveness and reliability of automation

- Oversees/guides in test case writing/execution, regression testing, performance and stress testing.

- Reporting all observed bugs and periodically conduct discussions with development team to understand technical specifications and project management team for functional specifications

- Monitors progress towards project plans and interventions as necessary.

- Analyses risk and quality metrics for multiple projects

- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the design, which results in more concise/accurate test case suites as well as addressing missed requirements and/or potential design shortcomings

- Has passion for managing, developing and mentoring individuals, growing strong leads

- Be a customer advocate with a solid interest in improving the ways that our customers run their business

- Drive Test Automation efforts in the group, provide suggestions and take the ownership to deliver on time with the help of the team
