Role Overview :

As an Implementation Architect, you will :

- Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products.

- Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure.

- Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Onboarding :

- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers.

- Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live.

Adoption & Value Quantification :

- Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations.

- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges.

- Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals.

Customer Experience & Engagement :

- Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience.

- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement.

Roadmap Planning :

- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions.

- Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role.

- Willingness to work US Shift hours.

- Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software.

- Domain Expertise: PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.

- Certificate Lifecycle management/operations.

- PKI implementation processes.

- PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices.

Hands-on :

- Kubernetes.

- Linux / Windows server management.

- Apache, IIS (application expertise).

Preferred : CISSP/CISM/CISA certifications.

- Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills.

- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.

- Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills.

Good To Have Skills :

- Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth.

- Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processes.
