Job Title : Solution Architect AI / Generative AI

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect with strong exposure to AI concepts and hands-on expertise in building intelligent chat agents and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OCR pipelines, API integrations, and experience working with platforms like IBM Watson.

The role involves designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions on cloud platforms, preferably GCP, to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and conversational agents using modern LLM frameworks

- Implement RAG-based architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval and question-answering systems

- Build and integrate OCR pipelines to extract and process structured/unstructured data from documents

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations

- Work with Python-based AI/ML frameworks to build scalable backend systems

- Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment, scaling, and monitoring

- Architect scalable and secure AI solutions aligned with business requirements

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and business stakeholders

- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of AI applications

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents

- Hands-on experience with OCR technologies and document processing workflows

- Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks

- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations

- Exposure to IBM Watson or similar conversational AI platforms

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP

- Experience in solution architecture and scalable system design

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
