Job Summary :


Apptunix is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex platform capabilities and technical projects. This leadership role demands a strong technical background, expert-level proficiency in the Agile Delivery Model, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate customer expectations into tangible product deliverables while managing project timelines, resources, and risk.


Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus :


Technical Delivery and Tracking :


- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent technical projects, utilizing strong understanding of the end-to-end project flow from initiation through deployment.


- Drive the delivery of platform features and capabilities by defining detailed project scopes, managing critical paths, identifying dependencies, and ensuring technical alignment with overall product architecture.


- Focus intensely on monitoring, quality assurance, and timely delivery of sprints and releases, ensuring all technical acceptance criteria are met before deployment.


Agile Management and Process :


- Demonstrate strong experience with the Agile Delivery Model (Scrum/Kanban) is a must, acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach when necessary to optimize team performance and sprint velocity.


- Utilize and enforce various Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) for backlog management, task allocation, progress tracking, and risk visualization.


- Manage and maintain the required technical documentation (e.g., BRDs, SOWs, technical specifications, release notes) for the entire project lifecycle.


Internal Stakeholder and Team Management :


- Work closely with Development, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to meticulously define the delivery plan, allocate tasks based on technical expertise, and manage resource capacity.


- Manage a team of Product and Business Analysts, providing leadership, mentorship, and technical direction to ensure requirement clarity and accurate functional specifications.


- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to ensure strategic and accurate distribution of resource allocation for both ongoing complex projects and new business opportunities.


Customer Success and Communication (Voice of the Customer) :


- Champion the voice of the customer by maintaining constant communication to ensure a precise understanding of customer requirements, translating expectations into clear, executable technical user stories.


- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customers' timely delivery of milestones and swift, effective resolution of technical issues and escalations, thereby driving Customer Success.


- Maintain on-time and crisp communication with both internal teams and external client stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and changes in scope.


Technical Depth and Problem Solving :


- Possess a strong technical understanding and ability to comprehend and challenge software architecture/design decisions, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.


- Exhibit excellent problem-solving capabilities and strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical roadblocks, scope creeps, and resource contention issues.


- Demonstrate the capability of picking up new technologies and technical domains with minimum learning curve to effectively manage a diverse technology portfolio.

- Capability to articulate complex technical details with people at all levels (engineers, executives, and clients).


- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and professional presentation skills for executive reporting.

- Proven experience in managing high-pressure client relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
