Roles & Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Apptio modules (TBM Studio, Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Cloudability, etc.) as per client requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial data, IT cost models, and business drivers.

- Develop and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and reporting processes within Apptio.

- Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and cost allocation models to provide financial transparency.

- Support TBM (Technology Business Management) practices, ensuring accurate IT cost analysis and showback/chargeback models.

- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide end-user training and documentation.

- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Business teams to align Apptio outputs with strategic and operational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills :

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Apptio platform (Cost Transparency, IT Planning, Cloudability).

- Good understanding of TBM methodology and IT financial management.

- Expertise in data analysis, transformation, and reporting.

- Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience integrating Apptio with ERP, ITSM, and cloud platforms.

- Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

- Familiarity with cloud cost management (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Apptio certification(s).
