Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce integrations.

- Design and develop integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and other tools.

- Configure Salesforce to optimize integrations based on best practices and performance requirements.

- Conduct thorough testing of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing support to resolve them promptly.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

- Train end-users and provide support for Salesforce usage and best practices related to integrations.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Salesforce integration projects and methodologies.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform features, APIs, and integration tools.

- Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar tools.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Java, or JavaScript for integration development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
