We are seeking a skilled and motivated SailPoint IIQ (IdentityIQ) Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in enhancing our identity governance and administration processes, ensuring that the current identity management system is optimized for efficiency and compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity management solutions, particularly with SailPoint IIQ, and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our identity governance framework.
You will closely work with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements, ensuring adherence to security policies and compliance regulations.
As a SailPoint IIQ Engineer, you will play a vital role in automating user provisioning processes, managing access controls, and conducting regular audits to maintain the integrity of our identity systems.

Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Conduct regular system audits and health checks to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and provide solutions for identity-related challenges.
- Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to identity governance, including policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ functionality and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on SailPoint IIQ processes and tools.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of identity governance principles and best practices.
- Experience with Java and BeanShell scripting for customizations within SailPoint.
- Familiarity with integration protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and API-driven architectures.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions to enhance functionality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across various teams and stakeholders.
