We are seeking a motivated and experienced CLM Agiloft Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our clients improve their contract lifecycle management processes through the application of Agiloft's industry-leading CLM platform.


You will leverage your strong understanding of Agiloft CLM to deliver tailored solutions that meet client-specific needs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness in contract management. The ideal candidate will possess a certification in CLM and demonstrate an ability to engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.


Your expertise will help organizations streamline contracts from initiation through execution. As a consultant, you will need to be comfortable in a client-facing role, translating technical features into business value and ensuring that users are properly trained and supported throughout the transition. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the usage of Agiloft CLM and drive change management initiatives to realize full adoption. Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their contract management needs and objectives.

- Implement and configure Agiloft CLM solutions tailored to client specifications.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for users to ensure effective adoption of the Agiloft platform.

- Analyze and document business workflows related to contract lifecycle management.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Agiloft implementations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Stay updated on new features and best practices within Agiloft CLM to ensure optimal performance for clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to facilitate communication and project progress.

Requirements :

- CLM certification is required.

- Proven experience in contract lifecycle management roles or consulting.

- Strong understanding of Agiloft CLM platform and its capabilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.

- Experience with process mapping and requirements gathering.

- Ability to translate technical jargon into business-friendly language.

- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
