Key Responsibilities :


- Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a primary focus on providing in-depth support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules.

- Functional Support & Solutions : Apply strong functional experience in configuration and solution design within Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically for Benefits and Compensation.

- Client Interaction & Management : Handle clients effectively on various fronts, including gathering requirements, proposing solutions, resolving support issues, and conducting demos.

- Documentation & Testing : Utilize good experience in creating detailed Requirements and Functional Design documents, and performing end-to-end Functional Testing.

- Data Analysis & Debugging : Though primarily a functional role, you should be able to query the data for analysis and debugging purposes to support issue resolution.

- Business Process Understanding : Leverage a good understanding of HCM Business Processes to provide relevant and effective support.

- Offshore-Onsite Collaboration : Understanding of the Offshore Onsite Delivery model is an advantage, facilitating seamless global team collaboration.

- Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing processes and solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Around 6 years of experience working specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM Support Projects.

- Strong Functional Experience (Configuration & Solution) in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.

- Good understanding of HCM Business Processes.

- Proven experience in handling clients on requirements, solution design, support issues, and conducting demonstrations.

- Solid experience in working on Requirements, Functional Design documents, and End-to-end Functional Testing.

- Ability to query data for analysis/debugging purposes.

- Strong communication and client interaction skills.

- Active team player with a good attitude and proactive mindset.

- Ability to learn quickly and deliver results efficiently.
