About the Role

We are seeking seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge, hands-on implementation experience, and a strong ability to partner with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support activities for Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits and Compensation modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.

- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.

- Conduct functional workshops, user training, and UAT support for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integrations, and reporting teams to ensure seamless delivery.

- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide functional expertise for production support.

- Maintain documentation including solution design, configurations, test scenarios, and knowledge artifacts.

- Stay updated with new Oracle Cloud HCM features and quarterly updates; assess impact and propose adoption strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong functional expertise in Benefits and Compensation.

- Proven experience in at least 23 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Strong understanding of HCM business processes, configuration components, and dependencies across modules.

- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, OTBI/BIP reports, and foundational HCM setup is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex functional issues.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
