Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Functional Consulting & Implementation : Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud SCM implementations, from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Module Expertise : Provide deep functional expertise across various Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Support & Troubleshooting : Provide expert functional support to clients, diagnosing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions for Oracle Cloud SCM modules.
- Requirements Analysis : Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications.
- Configuration & Testing : Perform complex configurations within Oracle Cloud SCM to meet specific business needs and execute comprehensive functional testing.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed functional design documents, test plans, user training materials, and support runbooks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams (integrations, development), project managers, and other functional consultants to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of professional experience in Oracle SCM, with a significant focus on Oracle Cloud SCM.
- Strong functional experience in configuring and implementing at least 2-3 key Oracle Cloud SCM modules (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, WMS).
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce).
- Proven experience in support projects for Oracle Cloud SCM, handling incident resolution and problem management.
- Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud SCM configurations and solutions.
- Experience with functional testing, UAT support, and user training.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client interaction skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
