Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic EPM SME with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting EPBCS/PBCS, driving financial planning processes, troubleshooting performance issues, and engaging directly with clients.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of EPBCS/PBCS including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes using Oracle EPM Cloud.

- Manage metadata, forms, business rules, calculation scripts, security, and integration setups.

- Develop and maintain automation solutions using EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, functional, and data-related issues in EPBCS applications.

- Support and assist in On-Premises to Cloud migration projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide expert consulting to multiple clients.

- Ensure timely delivery of operations and support tasks during the 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST shift.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 35 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, PBCS).

- Proven experience in successfully implementing EPBCS solutions.

- Strong knowledge of financial planning models, forecasting techniques, and reporting frameworks.

- Solid understanding of metadata management, business rules, data maps, and integration flows.

- Proficiency in automation tools: EPM Automate, Groovy, REST APIs.

- Experience in diagnosing and improving EPBCS performance issues.

- Exposure to On-Premise Hyperion to EPM Cloud migration activities is an advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong client-facing communication abilities.

- Ability to support multiple customers and work independently in a high-demand environment
