Description : Please note we are looking for candidates from Gurugram and Hyderabad Only.

Technical Skill Requirements :

- Hands-on experience with CMDB design, implementation, and maintenance

- Experience in process consulting and aligning technical solutions with business processes

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting

- Familiarity with modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Provide development and support for ServiceNow platform issues, including root cause analysis and fixes

- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations

- Collaborate with process consultants to align with ITIL best practices

- Manage and optimize CMDB ensuring data integrity

- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance

- Work with project managers on deliverables.

- Perform impact analysis and implement changes as per change management protocols.

- Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability.

- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and suggest enhancements.

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc.) preferred.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.

- Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.

- Knowledge of performance tuning and platform security best practices.
