Responsibilities :

- Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

- Configure and customise HRSD modules, including Core HR, Employee Service Centre, Lifecycle Events, Case & Knowledge Management.

- Act as technical lead for HRSD projects and mentor junior developers.

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Ensure best practices for scripting, security, performance, and upgrade readiness.

- Support integrations with third-party systems (Workday, SAP, AD, LDAP, etc. )

- Handle platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimisation.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in ServiceNow HRSD (5+ years).

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies.

- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules is a plus.

- ServiceNow HRSD certification preferred.
