- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SecOps modules.

- Build and enhance custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and platform capabilities.

- Develop ServicePortal components, widgets, pages, and reusable UI modules.

- Leverage best practices in JavaScript development, componentization, and modular design.

- Utilize web technologies such as AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, and integrate with SOAP/REST APIs.

- Participate in system upgrades, new module integrations, and platform enhancements.

- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and ensure optimal performance of ServiceNow applications.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and proactively adopt new capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of software development experience.

- At least 6+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow applications.

- Strong expertise in at least one of the ServiceNow product suites : ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps

- Proven experience designing and developing custom applications on the ServiceNow Platform.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with ServicePortal, including UI component creation.

- Strong understanding of :
