We are a stealth-mode AI startup based in San Francisco, now building out our India engineering team.

The founding team includes an ex-Google Applied AI/ML engineer with 6+ years of experience, and we are well-funded with a $5M seed round.

This is an opportunity to join as one of the first hires and shape both the product and the company.

The Role :

We are hiring founding engineers who are excited to build production-grade AI systems from the ground up.

Youll work hands-on at the intersection of backend infrastructure and applied AI, collaborating closely with the founders on product and technical direction.

Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and scale backend + applied AI systems.

- Extend/customize open-source frameworks to production standards.

- Train and fine-tune models (LLMs, transformers, CNNs, speech/vision models).

- Collaborate on product roadmap and technical architecture.

- Grow into leadership (Head of Engineering path for the right candidate).

Ideal Profile :

- 38 years of experience in backend engineering or applied AI.

- Ex-Google/Meta/startup or strong open-source background is a big plus.

- Hands-on coder (not just managing teams).

- Skilled in Python/Go or similar + modern ML/AI frameworks.

- Entrepreneurial, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments.
