You may have :
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Desktop and Server operating systems
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL scripting and/or PowerShell scripting
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience of supporting bespoke software solutions
- First-hand experience of incident management & request fulfilment in an Application Support/2nd line context
- Release & Deployment experience
- Experience of Jira Service Management
- Experience of producing management information/reporting for senior management
- Service Management experience
