The Application Technology Lead will oversee the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications within the mutual fund industry.

The role demands strong architectural skills, deep understanding of digital transformation in AMC, and end-to-end technology leadership.

Responsibilities :

- Lead development of enterprise-grade applications and internal digital platforms.

- Oversee architecture design, solution planning, and technology roadmaps.

- Collaborate with business units, product managers, and senior leadership for delivery alignment.

- Ensure robust integration of applications with downstream and upstream systems.

- Conduct code reviews, manage development cycles, and enforce best practices.

- Drive performance, scalability, and optimization of applications.

- Maintain strict compliance with AMC and SEBI regulatory requirements.

Required Skills :

- Must be from the mutual fund industry.

- Strong experience in enterprise application architecture and development.

- Knowledge of microservices, APIs, and integration frameworks.

- Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and containerization.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors in Computer Science/IT.

- Masters degree preferred
