Role : Application Support Lead


Job Description :


We are hiring an Application Support Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in .NET Core (C#), Azure, and Application Support.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting enterprise applications, automating support tasks, and managing small-scale development work. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves coordination with business users and vendors.


Work Hours : PST Shift (10:30 PM 7:30 AM IST)


Location : Chennai


Work Mode : Initial Hybrid, followed by Remote


Key Skills Required :


- C#, .NET Core MVC, .NET Core Web API

- Microsoft Azure


- Team Handling

- Application Support

- Automations in support environments

- Excellent communication (verbal & written)

- Stakeholder and vendor communication


Roles & Responsibilities :


- Lead Production Support team to ensure applications are monitored on an ongoing basis with alerts across relevant indicators.


- Works towards becoming an expert on the applications in your remit by understanding its scope, interdependencies, and limitations.


- Focus on fast recovery, Prioritize, Troubleshoot, and resolve tickets, incidents within defined SLAs.


- Facilitate blameless post-mortems, and ensure permanent closure of incidents and subsequent problem tasks.


- Identify and automate repetitive tasks to reduce/eliminate toil.


- Create and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, SOPs.
