Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, support, and maintain applications using TIBCO Objectstar.
- Analyze and resolve root causes for application issues and incidents.
- Monitor production systems, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Respond promptly to open support tickets and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
- Perform patching and checkouts as per scheduled maintenance or release cycles.
- Prepare, document, and execute test case designs based on requirement specifications.
- Conduct walkthroughs of test cases and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Maintain and enhance job scheduling using Control-M.
- Utilize basic SQL to analyze and validate data for troubleshooting and support.
Required Skills :
Primary Skill : TIBCO Objectstar strong hands-on experience is mandatory.
Secondary Skills :
- Control-M experience in job monitoring and scheduling.
Soft Skills :
- Effective communication skills for interaction with team members and stakeholders.
- Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to production support and issue resolution.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, service-oriented environment.
