Role Overview :

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for application-level support, environment management, incident handling, and change management for GE Smallworld platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.

Mandatory Skill : GE Smallworld (Hands-on experience required)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end application support for GE Smallworld environments

- Manage application-level environments, configurations, and enhancements

- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution
