Role : Application Support Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set : Peoplesoft FSCM ,

Desired Experience Range : 5 - 8 years in Peoplesoft FSCM

No of Requirements : 1

Location of Requirement : Chennai / Kolkatta


Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :


Must-Have :


- Lead technical development and customization of PeopleSoft FSCM modules (GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, etc.).

- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and deliverables for Minor enhancements.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across FSCM modules.

- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

- Support testing activities including unit, system, integration, and UAT.

- Document technical designs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.


Good-to-Have :


- Proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interfaces).

- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).

- Familiarity with Oracle or SQL Server databases.

- Strong SQL and SQR development skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :


1 Perform Technical Triage for incidents ( tickets) raised by user

2 Adhere to SLAs committed to customer for response , resolution etc of Incidents

3 Perform RCA for priority 1 /2 incidents

4 Perform permanent fixes for repeatable issues

5 Minor enhancements based on business request
