Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and Narrow Down Issues related to Application issues (Linux, Oracle, SQL)
- Coordinate with respective functional teams for Resolution
- Escalate to Manager as per the Guidelines
- Create and share the Necessary documents for issue resolution Update records, checklists etc.,
- Up gradation of software, Performance tuning, SLA management, Audit compliances, Security compliances
- Fix the Application related issues
- Escalate to senior management and support teams
- DYCIMP related compliances
- Work with team members for understanding their needs and guide them on issues
- Work with other IT teams for services requests and operations support
- Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, providing on-site and remote support as needed.
