We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes environments and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting distributed applications, diagnosing complex technical issues, and implementing effective monitoring and automation practices.

- Provide L2/L3 application support for microservices-based applications deployed on Kubernetes.

- Perform proactive monitoring, issue triage, and root cause analysis using tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.

- Analyze application logs, performance metrics, and collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.

- Support deployments and troubleshoot containerized workloads across cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).

- Implement, configure, and maintain observability tools and dashboards for performance and availability tracking.

- Write and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Python for operational efficiencies.

- Apply object-oriented design patterns to improve support workflows and automation logic.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in Application Support Engineering for containerized environments.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform services; experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.

- Experience implementing and managing monitoring solutions (Dynatrace, AppDynamics).

- Strong troubleshooting skills with an ability to deep dive into logs, metrics, and performance issues.

- Proficient in Java and Angular for debugging and support.

- Familiarity with Relational Databases, SQL, and ORMs like JPA2, Hibernate.

- Scripting experience using Shell and Python.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
