Application Support Engineer - APM Tools

Position : Application Support Engineer (Apm Monitoring)

Location : Bangalore

Shift : 16/7 (Rotational between 7 AM - 11 PM)

Experience : 5- 9 years

Domain : BFSI (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Fetch logs, analyze system/application issues, and perform root cause analysis.

- Respond to L1 and L2 support queries efficiently within SLA.

- Create and maintain reporting dashboards using SQL queries.

- Provide daily health checks and technical updates to stakeholders.

- Escalate critical incidents and follow through until resolution.

Skills Required :

- Hands-on experience in Appium monitoring.

- Exposure to Dynatrace or similar APM tools (preferred).

- Good command over SQL, Unix/Linux commands, and scripting.

- Familiarity with GCP or any Cloud platform (GCP preferred).

- Knowledge of BFSI applications and standards (preferred).

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Able to work rotational shifts between 7 AM to 11
