Role : Application Support Engineer
Location : Hyderabad
About the Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and manage monitoring/observability tools : PagerDuty, Datadog, Prometheus, and Splunk.
- Handle incident management via ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to optimize support efficiency (auto-triage, self-healing, real-time diagnostics).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and critical incident resolution.
- Contribute to building AI/ML-based support solutions (chatbots, summarizers, LLM-powered agents).
- Enhance observability platforms for anomaly detection and predictive monitoring.
- Drive innovation in support through automation and smart tooling.

Primary Skills (Mandatory) :

Qualifications :
Experience : 8-12 years (B3 level)
Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale application support with automation/AI exposure.
