Application Support Analyst - Business Objects

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain complex reports in Business Objects WebIntelligence (WebI).

- Develop and maintain reports in SAP BusinessObjects Crystal Reports

- Provide application administration support for BusinessObjects WebI, Crystal, and Infoburst.

- Provide technical support and guidance to the user community, addressing any issues or questions related to BI tools and data.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects WebIntelligence, Crystal Reports, and Infoburst.

- High level of proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI and BusinessObjects WebIntelligence.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with other BI tools and technologies, especially PowerBI

- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions and data warehousing.
