Application Specialist - Zoho CRM

Description :

- Design and implement automated workflows, approval hierarchies, and forms.

- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls across platforms.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management insights.

- Integrate Zoho and Kissflow with third-party applications or internal systems (via APIs or connectors).

- Conduct testing, UAT support, and documentation of configurations and workflows.

- Provide user training and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption.

- Troubleshoot workflow or automation issues and coordinate with vendor support if needed.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual business processes.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Kissflow (workflow configuration, process design, and reporting).

- Strong working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem particularly Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Qntrl, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics.

- Hands-on experience in form design, field rules, validation, and scripting (Deluge preferred).

- Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization.

- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is an advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

- Attention to detail and documentation.

Qualifications :

- 3- 5 years of experience in workflow automation or business application configuration.

- Prior experience implementing Kissflow and Zoho tools is mandatory.

- Certification in Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM is a plus.

- Exposure to RPA or low-code platforms is desirable.
