Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist with hands-on experience in Kissflow (all versions). The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and technical understanding of workflow automation tools and a knack for solving business challenges through smart configuration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure, customize, and maintain Kissflow 2.0 ,4.0 applications based on business requirements.

- Design and implement automated workflows, approval hierarchies, and forms.

- Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls across platforms.

- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support management insights.

- Integrate Kissflow with third-party applications or internal systems (via APIs or connectors).

- Conduct testing, UAT support, and documentation of configurations and workflows.

- Provide user training and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption.

- Troubleshoot workflow or automation issues and coordinate with vendor support if needed.

- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual business processes.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in Kissflow (workflow configuration, process design, and reporting).

- Hands-on experience in form design, field rules, validation, and scripting (Deluge preferred).

- Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization.

- Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is an advantage.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

- Attention to detail and documentation.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- 35 years of experience in workflow automation or business application configuration.

- Prior experience implementing Kissflow is mandatory.

- Exposure to RPA or low-code platforms is desirable.
