Application Packaging Engineer

Job Description :

- Create Intune-compatible packages for all packages available in Manage Engine and test them.

- Develop regular and customized packages for the applications used.

- Support OS hardening with GPO modifications via scripts.

- Create scripts and automate routine tasks and processes.

- API integrations and automation between endpoints and AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow and with other platforms

- Provide 9x5 support (regular work hours).

- Provide weekly status updates to stakeholders.

Skillsets :

- Scripts - PowerShell, cmd, bat (Python - added advantage).

- PowerShell cmdlets basic, advance functions, and PowerShell loops.

- Know to use PSADT command lines.

- Know to provide different kind of pop ups and restart prompt using PSADT.

- PSADT function modifications and file manipulations according to the project requirements.

- Authentication using Azure Enterprise application and use API calls for Intune and Azure Ad automations.

- API permissions, filtering, Sorting and searching.

- Automation and scripts using blob storage in Azure AD.

- Knowledge on graph explorer and different graph URIs.

- Knowledge on PowerShell modules MS intunegraph, msgraph, mggraph, configuration manager, PSMDATP.

- Encryption methods using PowerShell.

- Windows forms using PowerShell.

- OS Hardening - GPO modifications using PowerShell, secedit, LGPO tool, net commands.

- Domain migration knowledge chrome backup, provisioning package.

- Proactive remediation in Intune.

- Compliance policies creation using JSON and PowerShell.

- Application packaging methods.

- MSI properties identification, and utilization.

- Custom installation - features, components selection in installer.

- Appx, appxbundle and msix installation and troubleshooting.

- Knowledge on KQL for device query Intune.

- Custom scripts for Vulnerability remediation.

- Knowledge on Intune administration.
