Application Packager - SCCM

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform internal testing, QA, and UAT to production promotion of applications.

- Provide support for application installation, removal, troubleshooting, and reporting.

- Handle additional IT tasks such as OSD management, vulnerability remediation, and regional ticketing support via ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with global technical teams on application certification and compatibility issues.

- Manage and administer SCCM/SMS for software distribution and deployment.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, installation guides, and knowledge base articles.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree (BE or equivalent) with relevant work experience.

- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience, including 3- 4 years in application repackaging and SCCM/SMS software distribution.

- Strong knowledge of App-V sequencing, InstallShield, Admin Studio, VB scripting, PowerShell, and Active Directory.

- Solid understanding of file permissions, group policies, application interaction with OS, and deployment practices.

Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as :

- SCCM 2012 or later, App-V 5.- 1, SQL 2012, Citrix, VMware, SharePoint, Windows administration.

- Office suites, Excel macros, VPN concepts, JavaScript, C# programming.

- Mac packaging and scripting.

Nice to Have Skills :

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Exposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow) and enterprise collaboration platforms.
