We are looking for an experienced Application Monitoring Expert (APM) with strong expertise in application performance monitoring tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise applications using modern APM platforms.

The role involves proactive monitoring, root cause analysis, performance optimization, and ensuring high system availability across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage APM monitoring solutions across enterprise applications.

- Configure and optimize Dynatrace for performance tracking and issue detection.

- Monitor application health, infrastructure metrics, logs, and transactions.

- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.

- Configure alerts, dashboards, and automated monitoring workflows.

- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve incidents.

- Ensure SLA compliance and high availability of applications.

- Drive continuous performance optimization initiatives.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with APM tools.

- Expertise in Dynatrace (mandatory).

- Experience as an APM Monitoring Expert in enterprise environments.

Additional / Good to Have Skills :

- Experience with Splunk.

- Exposure to New Relic.

- Knowledge of AppDynamics.

- Experience with Datadog.

- Familiarity with LogicMonitor.

- Understanding of cloud and microservices-based architectures.

Preferred Profile :

- Experience working in large-scale enterprise or GCC environments.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
