Application Monitoring Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Monitor network devices (Linux Servers, Database, and on-prem devices), and deploy applications using monitoring tools.

- Respond to on-prem network and application alerts and tickets on time.

- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics of application alerts from the initial to the advanced level.

- Document deployed applications, incidents, and actions taken in the ticketing system.

- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or team leads.

- Monitor and maintain network Application infrastructure and services.

- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents.

- Follow standard operating procedures and runbooks.

- Create and update technical documentation and runbooks.

- Collaborate with engineering teams on problem resolution.

- Maintain awareness of ongoing incidents and network status.

- Participate in 24/7 shift rotation and on-call support.
