Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Application Lead with expertise in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of applications on the ServiceNow platform. This role demands strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work independently while engaging with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the primary point of contact for application design, development, and delivery.

- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.

- Independently perform tasks and become a subject matter expert (SME) in the GRC space.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet compliance and risk management needs.

- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and workflows.

- Work directly with clients and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Build and configure Risk and Compliance applications, including :

- Entities, Policies, Control Objectives & Indicators

- Attestations, Assessments, Risks, Findings, etc.

- Participate actively in team discussions and problem-solving activities.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation

- ServiceNow IRM Certification

- Ability to work independently and lead application development initiatives

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good to Have :

- Experience in other ServiceNow GRC modules

- Additional ServiceNow certifications
